Method of preparation
The Vegan Chicken Nuggets is dry and you need to hydrate it to make it soft and less chewy. What I did was I boiled 1 cup of water and seasoned it with 1 tsp of soy sauce and apple cider vinegar. I sprinkled more garlic powder and onion granules to enhance the taste.
Boil them for a couple of minutes and turn the hob off. Let them sit for a few minutes to absorb more water before putting in the skewers.
