whole wheat penne with mushroom, celery, and vegan cheese sauceIngredients:

350 Whole Wheat Penne
250G Closed Cup Mushrooms, diced
100 G Broccoli
100 G Celery
1 Onion
Salt

For the sauce

1 Cup Soy Milk
1 Tablespoon Flour
1Tablespoon Corn Starch
2 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
Salt to taste

Method
Cook Pasta the right way.

Cut celery, mushroom and the onion in similar sizes and sauté in little oil and season with salt.

To make the sauce

Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan until it thickens and season with salt.  Keep tasting until you get the desired taste.  I don’t know if this is the right way but this is how I did it.  If you’ve got a suggestion please feel free to leave it in the comment. Thanks. ; )
