Pasta with green peas, broccoli, and courgette

Ingredients: wholewheat penne, green peas, courgette, broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, organic vegetable stock, onion and garlic (optional)

Method:  Cook pasta the Italian way.  Stir fry vegetables seasoned organic vegetable stock.  Mix with drained pasta.

Pasta with vegetables is a good way to have your 5 a day in one sitting.  You can use any type or your favorite vegetables of vegetables as long as you prepare your pasta the right way and your vegetables rightly seasoned.  You can also add parmessan cheese to enhance the flavor.  It’s entirely up to you.
