Along with blogging, crocheting and reading, my other past times are cooking, baking and concocting smoothies. It’s springtime again and summer will be here soon so I’m back to my smoothie.
This Mango Banana and Almond Milk Smoothie uses only raw ingredients which are all mentioned in the name. I was just going to make a Mango Shake but the mango was not sweet enough although it was very ripe. It was picked rather early. So to sweeten it added a banana.
Because all the ingredients are raw it means you get all the enzymes that you need for optimum absorption of the the nutrients.
The recipe for this awesome Mango Banana Almond Milk Smoothie is this:
- 1 Ripe Mango
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Cup of Homemade Almond Milk
