Who doesn’t like watermelons especially in the summer? As much as I love this nutrition-densed fruit, I can’t eat as much as I want without getting bloated because of the amount of air I suck in when eating it. After a few minutes I would then experience a bout of continuous burping. Not so flattering but relieving.
Luckily, I found a way to juice it without using a juicer. They say that the speed of juicer destroys the enzyme so you must use a slow juicer. In my case I used a potato masher.
If you don’t have potato masher, chop the watermelon up and squeeze as much juice as you can.
Because watermelon is at least 90% water, when you juice it, you basically just crush it. You don’t need to throw away anything. Juicing watermelon makes it easier to eat one whole fruit and you don’t get extra air.
So next time you get a watermelon, try juicing it.
