This Avocado and Banana Smoothie is my all time favourite because of its subtle sweetness.
Blended together, they create a delicate taste that is neither too sweet nor bland.
1 Hass avocado (if using a big variety half of it will do)
1/2 Cup of coconut water or just plain water
1 Heap tsp chia seeds (optional)
Just blend them all together and enjoy your Smoothie.
